Service Guarantee

College Funding Solutions, Inc. (CFS) guarantees to provide and/or offer the student and family with the complete “List of Services” outlined on our Comprehensive Services page.

If the family is not provided and/or offered all of the services and/or related information outlined, the parent (buyer) may request and receive a full refund of the fees paid to CFS.

To qualify for a full refund pursuant to this Guarantee, both the student and parent(s) must meet the following conditions:

1.  Actively participate in The “College Graduate” Program from the original enrollment date through the student's first year of college.

2.  The parent and/or student must respond to all CFS correspondence, or requests for information, within THIRTY (30) days of receipt, unless other arrangements are specifically agreed upon in writing.

3.  The payments due CFS must be current.

CFS will provide and/or offer the family services and information from their original enrollment date through the student’s “first year of college.”  The Agreement may then be extended upon payment of an annual renewal fee.  The renewal fee is due by October 15 prior to subsequent years of college attendance.  The renewal fee as of May 15, 2011 is $349.00 and may increase up to ten percent (10%) per year.
